We do not accept returns for jewellery that has been taken out of its original packaging, has been worn or has been damaged by the customer. Please see our returns policy for full details.

Quantity of 1 means you receive one single earring, plug or tunnel unless the product description states otherwise. When an item is sold as a pair it will be specified in the product description as “sold as pair” or “a pair of”. If you then choose a quantity of 1 of that item you would receive a pair of the product purchased, e.g. two plugs.

Orders are generally shipped in packaging that fits into a standard letterbox and therefore you are not required to be at home to receive the shipment. Although, if for any reason you know that there will be an issue with receiving the item without you being present then please ensure that you make Pierced World aware of any necessary requirements before ordering by contacting our team at info@mypiercedworld.com. Please also note for delivery options that require signature (e.g. tracked and signed) you will need to be present on delivery.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to schedule deliveries for specific dates since they are managed by an external delivery company. Typically, shipments are delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of order placement but can fluctuate depending on location and shipping method.
